Healthy Easter Treats

Hi guys!

Hope you are having a wonderful week so far.
Today I want to share with you some HEALTHY Easter treats. (They don’t need to be Easter-y, but I figured since that was coming up..why not).

So they are healthy Easter nests, if you like.
You need:
1/4 cup Honey
1/2 cup Peanut Butter, preferable creamy
1 cup oats
2 tbsp Cocoa powder -unsweetened
1/4 tsp Sea salt – i just used regular salt though
1 tsp Vanilla
1/4 cup Coconut – unsweetened.
Chocolate eggs

First line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Then mix the honey, peanut butter and salt in a bowl/saucepan. Heat it up and mix well. (I used micro oven but you can of course use a oven).
Next add the vanilla and coca powder and stir well. Add the oats and coconut: alternate stirring and adding some more of each just so you can mix it well.
When all combined, take a tbs of mixture and drop on baking sheet. This is where you can make them into nests. When done so, add your eggs if you feel like it.
Lastly, set in fridge or freezer until cold. (I put mine for a few hours in the fridge).
Yum! Perfect no bake healthy treat!
