Today I am sharing with you one of my new favorite no guilt snacks. If you are anything like me, eating all day everyday than this might be super good that way you wont feel as guilty eating and snacking 24/7. Perf am I right?!
Frozen Yogurt Bark (YAS)!
You will need:
Baking sheet or some flat surface
Greek Yogurt about 2 cups (depending on your baking sheet surface and how thick you want it you can add more or less )
Your fave fruit
1 handful of Chocolate Chips
PS: You can use other types of yogurt too and add nuts or other items in it!
First, line your baking sheet with parchment paper. Add the yogurt on to the paper, spread out with a spatula or spoon. Make sure it’s sort of even.
Then, add the cut up fruits of your choice, I used raspberries. I cut them in half and spread them out all over the yogurt, do the same with the chocolate chips.
Put in freezer for at least 4 hours. Now if you have a thicker base you might want to keep it in the freezer for a bit longer. When finished cut up with knife or break apart with hands. Keep them in Ziploc freezer bags after 🙂
