Perfect Hydrating Drinks for Summer

IMG_2495Hi guys!

Hope you are all doing wonderful. Today I have decided to share with you, four of my favorite ways to “spike” up your waters on a hot summer day. These infused waters and also detox waters are amazing, and makes it so much easier to drink water (for those who struggle to drink enough a day). They are also just perfect to sip on after a long day or at work – you even get a daily doze of fruits!

Starting from the left we have:

-Raspberry, lime and mint
-Blueberry and lemon
-Cucumber, lemon and mint
-Raspberry and lemon

Raspberry, Lime and Mint

Glass of water or a bottle for more oz
Handful of raspberries
One slice of lime cut in half
10 Mint leaves
Ice cubes -optional

Blueberry and Lemon:

Glass of water or bottle for more oz
Handful of blueberries
One slice of lemon cut in half
Ice cubes – optional

Cucumber, Lemon and Mint

Glass of water or bottle for more oz
1/4 Cucumber – wedged or sliced
One Slice of lemon cut in half
10 mint leaves
Ice cubes – optional

Raspberry and Lemon

Glass of water or bottle for more oz
Handful of raspberries
One slice of lemon cut in half
Ice cubes – optional

Directions:
Grab your glass or bottle and begin with your berries/fruits
Then add in your sliced lemons/limes followed by the mint leaves (if your chosen drink has mint leaves)
If you decided to add ice cubes, you can add them now
Then you add the cold water.
Leave in fridge for about an hour so the water gets cold and infused.
Enjoy!

Leave a comment down below and let me know which one you tried and if you tried more than one, which one was your favorite?

Have a wonderful day!
